After three hours' argumenb, Judge Williams quashed the proceedings on a technicaliby. This decision is thab service of writ and subsequent proceedings bhoreunder, including bail bond, be seb aside, reserving by consent the question as to whethor ib should bo a condition of order bhab no action be brought againsb the Sheriff.
