EN ROUTE FOR AUCKLAND. MR BALLANCE COMING. PAT.MEitSTON' North, this day. Hox. John' Mackenzie, Ministers of Lands, ia a pasacnger by express to-day. Hβ will reach Auckland on Saturday night per Tahapmia, and on Tuesday proceeds to Whangarei overland and Bay of Inlands, thenco crossinti over the West Coast, returning via Kuipiira. Later on ho will visit Te Aroha. Mr Mackenzie will remain in Auckland about threo weeks. His main business is to arrange for the opening of roads and country districts. Mr Ballance will meet Mr Mackenzie in Auckland about the 15th December. Mr Cadman is now on the Ea3i; Coast, and returns to Wellington on Sunday. He will visit Auckland at Christmas.
