HELENSVILLE CRICKET CLUB.
The annual general meetingffof this Clab was held at the Town Hall, Helensville|on Tuesday evening last. Therp was a good attendance. Mr James McLeod presided. The balance - sheet! showed Jfae Club to be a little to the gooa. A vofce'of thanks was passed to Messrs Beale, Berggren and James McLeodsfor donations of material, etc., to the Club dfiringthe past season. A vote of thanks was?also accorded to the officers for last year. The following were elected as officers of the Club for the ensuing season:—Patron, th£ M.H.R. tor Waitemata (re-elected); president, Mr F. p. Fenton (re-elected); vice-presideDts, Messrs J. A. Berggren, C. ,M. Burton, R. M. Cameron, R. 'R. Douglas, J. Foster, Isaac McLood, and D. Stewart (re-elected); captain, ; Dr. Gaulb ; vice-captain, Mr T. Elliot (re-elected); secretary,, Mr E. C. Bealo; treasurer, Mr AS Ashley (reelected). Committee: Messrs D. Donovan, Jas. McLeod, Cl . McMapiis, 1 3un., F. Stewart, H ? fTurbetb, W. J. Vince and A. Woods. Mr D. Stewart having kindly given his consent, the Glub will play this season in his Jtaddoek. The annual subscription has bee*fixed at 5s for. Benior3 and 2s 6s for juniorsfunder 16. It I was decided to open the season on Saturday, next at 2.30 p.m. with a practice match, sides to be chosen on the ground. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays were appointed the days for* play, ajnd all members are requested to do their utjnosb to attend regularly and punctually Jm those dayfli otherwise they cannot expect the Club bo be successful in matches. * £
