BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO BE RE-CONSTRUCTED.
LoniiON, October 15. Afc a meeting of the shareholders of the Bank of South Australia, accounts were adopted, and a Committee appointed to confer with the directors upon the management of the bank. It was also decided to re-construct tho Board of Directors. The proposal to rednce the capital passed unanimously.
