George Straiian v. Joseph Bardek.—This was a claim for £3 for work done and machine etrape supplied to the Onehunga Woollen \Vork3, Mr Barber being sued as continuing liquidator of the North New Zealand Woollen Manufacturing Company (Limited.) Mr McVeigh appeared for defendant, who denied the liability of his client. Non-suited with costs, 16s 6d
Sydney John Brookfield v. Geoege Hyatt, claim for the value of fittings of a shop lately sold by defendant fco plaintiff, bub'the said fittings being removed. The The plaintiff gave evidence that the fittings were bought by him with the house. Mr Paget, theauctioner also proved having sold the fittings with the house, and the defendant should not have retained them.—Judgment for plaintiff for the value of fittings, £2 10a, with costs £2 2s. Dog Registration Act.—Several cases were allowed to bo withdrawn upon payment of costs and registering their dofjs.
