Francis Hodges pleaded guilty to the larceny of money belonging to a servant girl, and was admitted to twelve months' probation, and ordered to pay a portion of the costs of the prosecution. Jno. Sutherland, for the larceny of clothing on two charge?, got 12 months. The sheep stealing case against Timothy Repan i 3 now on. There is a heavy civil list, including a breach of promise and two divorce suits.
