Thames, this day. Saxon.—The No. 2 reef on eastern side of No. 2 break looks really well, and from the excellent mineral indications observable in tho quartz, it will bo surprising if something good is not unearthed hero. The junction with No. 1 reef should be met with 50 or 60 feet ahead of the present face. A noticeable imoroveiaient has also taken place in this mine af No. 6 level, and the quartz now coming to hand should bo of excellent grade. The No. 2 reef is being sloped preparatory to another breaking down taking place. There are numerous inquiries ab 4s 6d, ami shares seem likely to advance.

Hazelbank.—Tins winze is down 15 feet, and the reef sho-ivs good dabs of gold where broken do.m. A parcel of 151b picked stone was this afternoon obtained from the stope above tbe drive inside of the top of this winze. The mine still looks well. 201b picked stone were to-day obtained from the leading stope, and 201b more from the wimze. As a consequence shares became firm or, and Is 3d paid up sold at 3s lOd.

Mountain' Flov/er. — Crushing of 11 loads of quartz w:u. iiuished bo-day for 15oz lSdwb gold. Orlando. —Tb.e drive towards the Calliope mine is ljo-w within 12 feet of the latter company's boundary. The reef is 9 inches thick, and it was from this point that the 51b picked .stone reported yesterday was obtained. Crushing will be commenced on I.'!nur__lay. There aro 30 loads quartz to put through. Sales of shaves have beon made at Is.

Consols.—The erection of tha winding and pumping planet is now'almost completed. There are sellers of shares at Is 6d.
