Dunedin, this day. A judgment of sotoo importance to butchers and Btock agents was delivered by Mr Justice Williams in dealing with tho question as to whether stock agents are entitled to interest on open accounts. Judgment was in the negabive. In Forsyth v. Forsybh bho judge granted tbe pebitioner. alimony ab £126 per year.
