Within the last few days stock at Kuaotunu has been steadily advancing in price. This morning Try Flukes soldas high as 10a. Shortly after noon the reason became apparent, as the following excellent return was posted in the Exchange : ''2760z of retorted gold from 110 tons of ore." As a consequence other adjacent stocks have advanced,Kapaii being wanted atlssd, and Mariposas at Is 6d. Both of these stocks could have been purchased for sixpence per share a few days ago.
