Opes Sailing Boats, over 16 to 20 feefc. — Ist prize, £3 ; 2nd prize, £4 ; 3rd prize, £1. Course : Same as sixth race, omitting the Sugar Works mark on the second round. ESTEIES AND POSITIONS. 1. Toy (C. Blomfield), 17 feefc. 2. Era (J. Logan), 20 feeb. 3. Eileetv (B. Millar), 18 feefc. 4. C!ytio(K. Maseiield), 18 feeb. 5. Weka (D. A. Moore), 18 fact. All five entries were represented, and an excellent start was effected. The Clytia went away with the lead, the Toy following pretty closely, with the Era third. On the run down the harbour, the Era and Clytie cut out tho running, and gave promise of a pretty closely contested race. The Era was tho first to round tho Sugar Works mark, and \vns abreast of tho flaaahip going down when tho Olyto was a very long distance astern, and the rest of the competing craft were in a cluster off the Sugar Works.
