Confidence in one's self goes far towards success. Tho man who is ablo to tackle an ugly job, fully sure that he can devise the ways and raeans of successfully completing the work, ia the man valuablo to an employer, and the one of most value to the community. All rnon are not, however, Ififtsd alike in this respoeto ; one man has tho capacity to think the matter out and leasoi) with himself how he can beeb overcome the difficulties before him, whileanother will bo overwhelmed with the trouble. Thia latter kiud is frequently met with in this lite, men who liAve not the force of character to tight thoir way through difficulties, nor the energy to carry their undertakings to a snccGHsful issue. They are mostly thin, nervous creatures, with a slow pulse and a weak heart. They are physiologically constructed the same as the robust and persistently energetic men. Such men phould tako yood exercise and generous food, abstain from excitement, and where indigestion and wallow or pule complexion, indicates aniemia and sluggish liror, a proper course of Clkments' Tonic will do much good.
