TheFifer and Dioraed. The Miner came to grief ab the fireb jump and Diomed ran up fireb, but ab the firsb jump in the straight came down. Passing the etand Eurolgi was leading Esjsie by a length, followed by Charlie and Ito. Ab the eeven furlongs Eurolgi and Charlie were together, followed closely by Essie, who down the back stretch ran up firsb and led into the straight. Here Miss Alice came through and, catching the leader 20 lengths from home, won by a head on the post, with Eurolgi ten lengbhs away third, followed by Charlie, Ito, Handover and Quandong together. Time, 3min. 56sec.
