New Plymouth, this day. At tho Supremo Court in the case of Philapotts, who was charged with stealing a watch, the jury could not agree. Tho jury were ordered to j-tand aside during the day. Tho man will bo tried by a new iury on Monday. Tho case of a Maori nauiod Tutani, charged with fcheep-stoaling, is now being heard.
