ALBERT EAGLETON'S STATEMENT,

Albert Eagleton, hairdresser, -made the following statement this morning, beforethe Official Assignee :—I am a hairdresser's assistant and have been so engaged for the last eight y ears; since July last in Auckland. I have been several times out of employment. Since August, 1888, I have had regular employment varying from 50s to 60s per week. I am married, but have no family. ' My debts amount to £62 0s Bd, contracted within the last two years and three months; £26 3s has been incurred since August, 1888. I had to borrow to pay my solicitor for tho purposes of the bankruptcy. I have absolutely no assets but about £10 worth of clothing and personal effects. 1 shall consider what I can put aside weekly for the creditors.
