Close of Bankruptcy.—Applications for close of bankruptcy were granted re Richard Powell, John Morris and Michael O'Donohue. Costs.—On the application of Mr J. P. Campbell costs of the bankrupt's solicitor, in the estate of Samuel gliorb were fyced at £10 10s and disbursements. Okdeks of DiSCHAEGK.—Applications for discharge were granted re Thomas Johns, Firth Wrigley, Thomas Burton, John Roberts. A similar application re Roborb Henry Williamson was ordered to stand over on account of certain wages claims nob having been satisfied. Orders of discharge were, granted re Cieorge Henry Pow! jy, Andrew Buchanan, Mere Hoteroni Taipari, and Charles VY. H. Chilcott.
