BANKRUPTCY.
Mr T. MORRIN FILES.
Thomas Morriv, of Auckland, merchant, to-day tiled a petition praying to be adjudged a bankrupt. The first meeting of creditors in the estate has been fixed for this day week at 11 a.m.
A meeting of creditors in the estate of John Buchanan, convened for 2.30 p.m. to-day, lapsed for want of a quorum.
