Hamilton, bhis day. At the R.M. Court to-day the case of Elliots v. Bebtly, of rescuing horses while driving to the pound, was heard. Betbly was fined £1, and costs £1 IBs, for bhe rescue, while the cross cases of assault were dismissed, both being equally to blame.
