The following are the cases set down for hearing at the Civil Sittings of the Supreme Court, which commence before Mr Justice Gillies immediately the criminu;. calendar has been dealt with : — ' WITH COMMON JURY OF 12. John Grice v. Jamea Ash worth, claim £684 13s Bd, for moneys advanced with interest. WITH SPECEAL JURY OF 12. Bank of New Zealand v. Robert Camp bell, Fraser and others, claim £561 5s 6d, as guarantor for Tauranga Jockey Club. WITHOUT JURY. Angus and Margaret Stewart v. Thomaß Coatee and Robert Blair, for taking accounts ; Thomas Walker v. Robert Hampton, for £10715a Id, on dishonoured p.n. and goods supplied; George Potter v. Fred. k Geo. Ewington and Seering Hall Matthews as trustees of the estate of William Potter (deceased) for partition of lands ; Herman Nashelaki v. W. Slaney, for £60 10s, deficiency in value of gold supplied ; D. Goldie and"others v. W. Thomas, for possession of land and £50 means profits ; George. Wilson v. Hugh Mucky for £200 for damages.
