Thomaß Coatee and Robert Blair, for taking accounts ; Thomas Walker v. Robert Hampton, for £10715a Id, on dishonoured p.n. and goods supplied; George Potter v. Fred. k Geo. Ewington and Seering Hall Matthews as trustees of the estate of William Potter (deceased) for partition of lands ; Herman Nashelaki v. W. Slaney, for £60 10s, deficiency in value of gold supplied ; D. Goldie and"others v. W. Thomas, for possession of land and £50 means profits ; George. Wilson v. Hugh Mucky for £200 for damages.
