THAMES R.M. COURT.

Thames, Saturday.
The R.M. Court was occupied nearly al day yesterday hearing the case of Solomonl Reid, of Auckland, v. Meremaaa Konui, being a claim for £20 for breach of agreement in delivering one land scrip valued at £30. For the defence it was contended that false, representations had been marie to induce defendant to sign a document agreeing to dispose of his scrip for £15 to llcid. His Worship to-day gave judgment for the full amount claimed, £20 and costs £6 Is. Thomas Davis was sentenced to ona week's imorisontnont to-day, for nsinc i obscene language, and Thomas Jones for a ! similar period for indecent exposure.
