ATHLETIC NOTES.
WANGANUI BOATING CLUB.
The annual meeting of the Wanganui Boating Club took place last night. The election of officers took place as follows: — President, H. T. Fitzherbert; Vice-Pre-sident, W. Alexander; captain, Ward Butler; deputy captain, Peter Sim. Ib was resolved that the Club purchase two double sculling stump outriggers, and that the Club be represented at the general meeting of the New Zealand Amateur Rowing Association at Wellington. The balance-sheet showed a credit balance of £23, and outstanding subscriptions £27.
