An extraordinary general meet, g of th ; Auckland Timber Company v,r b htld a the Company's office, Customs-street, West, yesterday afternoon. There was a fail muster of shareholders, and Capt. Daldy pr« sided. On the motion of the Chairman, th; following resolutions passed at a mcc.ing oj tho Company held on the Ist inst, were eon! firmed :—" 1. That tho Company be volun< tarily wound up. '_." That the remuneration of the liquidators be fourpence pfi share, all the costs of liquidation to be paidl 'by them. 3. That Messrs W. C. Daldy, G. Holdship, A. R. Watson, J. Brown, and H* G. Wade be appointed liquidators." Captain Daldy announced that shareholder. could receive their oheques to-morrow.
