At the Compensation Court the case has just been decided of Richardson v. the Minister of Public Works, in which £1,500 are claimed for land, taken for railway purposes and severance matter. Mr Justice Richmond was judge, and' Messrs Horton and Liffitpn assessors. £300, withan or.der as to costs, were awarded.
