The Exhibition is still in a chaotic state, and it seems impossible that a majority of the courts can be gob ready in time for the opening. Tho German, French and Austrian promise to be the mosb picturesque courts. The New Zealand art collection has been arranged with considerable skill, bub the private exhibits are nob anything like ready.
