Wellikttost, this day. No decision bas yet been arrived at relative to Cury and Gasparini, but it is very probable now that the applications for their extradition will be heard before the Acting Governor at four o'clock this afternoon. The authorities are not entirely at rest with respect to their own power in the matter.
