THE GISBORNE PETROLEUM
COMPANY,
Sydney, May 31.
A special meeting of tho Gisborne Petroleum Company has been held here at which the resolution passed on February 7th, fixing thecapitalat;£2oo,ooo was rescinded. The new resolution fixes the capital at ,£60,000 minimum cash to shareholders. The total number of shares in tho new Company is left open. The meeting adjourned till June 30th, to consider any proposition that may be made for floating the Company or purchasing ths property.
