Archbishop Redwood proceeds to Rome via next 'Frisco steamer if he can arrange matters in time ; otherwise he will leave i v the Doric at the end of the month. ALLEGED BREACH OF COPYRIGHT. In Chambers this morning Mr Justic c Williams, on the application of Mr Treadwell, granted an interm injunction restraining the Perman Pinafore Company now playing in the West Coast from performing Pinafore without license, from Mr Gillon, agent of the proprietors of the copy right. A writ claiming £150 damages fo past performances has been issued at Messr Gilbert and Sullivan's suit.
