ENGLAND V. WELLINGTON.
To-day's Match. ~ic (by telegraph—press association.) Wellington, this day. The weather is drizzling, and the ground will be very soft for the match this afternoon. The local tenm is nearly as good as Saturday's. The English team is:—Paul, back ; Haslam, Speakman, and Brooks, three-quarters; Nolan and Anderton, halves ; forwards : Soddon, Eagles, Thomas, Mathers, Williams, I'onketh, Burnett, Kent, and Lane. The majority of the mon bear signs of Saturday's play in tho shape of black eyes and bruised limbs. They complain bitterly of the report in the morning paper, which attributes all the rough play to them, and say Wellington played the roughest game they have had for years. Six thousand paid for admission on Saturday.
