ARRIVAL OF THE RUAPEHU.

Wellington, this day. The R.M.S. Ruapehu arrived from Londo 11 via Capetown and Hobart on Saturday. Her passage from London was an eventful one. The actual time occupied by the passage was 42 days 15 hours, and the actualsteaming4l daysßhours.. Shemet with a mishap off Cape Farewell,having grounded slightly, but she sustained no injury. Passengers for Auckland:—Second Saloon : Mr and Mrs Allan and family, Miss MeEffor, Messrs M. Barr, C. A. Harrison, C. Horrocks. Steerage :Mr and Mrs Almond,. Mr and Mrs Bradshaw and child, Mr and Mrs T. Gavis and family, Misses C. and A. Mitchell, Messrs J. Buchanan, W. E, Chitty, J. Cunliffe, B. Downing, W. Keenway, VV. Mitchell, E. Tobin.
