THE WAIKATO.

Captain Farquhar, of the Clansman, reports having sighted a largo full-rigged ship to the north of Cape Brett yesterday afternoon, which he took to be the Waikato. The tug-boat was out this morning trying to lincl her, but up to a late hour no sign of her had been seen, and no doubt with this wind she will be some little time in beating up the coast. As she has explosives on board, the Wailcato will anchor in the powder "round when she arrives. She left London on the 24th August lasb.and is now 92 days out.
