DuNEDis - , this day. At the Outram Magistrates Court on Satur_ day, Mr Carey, R.M., fined William Rutherford fifty pounds for sly grog-selling case. The case arose out of the proceedings at the inquest on the four persons recently burned at Deep Stream.
