FORMATION OF A COMPANY.
A MKKTING of shareholders in tho Maritoto licensed holding (the prospectors), was held here to-day, and it was decided to form a company of 45,000 ten shilling shares, 15,000 of which will be reserved on behalf of the company, and may pr may not be offered fco the public as the directors decide. The directors are Messrs A. Porter, T. Motrin, Corbett, J. Russell, Fagan and Mcßrinn.
.Tames Fowler was arrested by the police this afternoon, charged with larceny as a bailee of a handcarb belonging to James Eevige. < . .
