London", October 31. The appeal of Mr W. O'Brien against the verdict of the MitchelstownCourtin September last will be heard to-day at Middleton County, Cork. A stropg fosse of military and police has been drafted into the town to enforce order. Mr Luke Patrick Haydeii, member of Parliament for South Leinster, has been convicted and sentenced to two months' imprisonment with hard labour on a charge of inciting tenants to disorder at evictions in Ireland.
