Consols are 102|. New Zealand 4 per cent, inscribed stock remains at par. The market rate of discount is 3 1 per cent., or {■ per cent, below the bank rate. The total quantity of wheat afloat for the United Kingdom is 1,550,000 quarters, and for the Continent 1,700,000 quarters. New Zealand mutton is quoted at 3|d to 4d per lb. Tallow and breadstuff's maintain their last-quoted values.
