A Montenegrin, who was enlisted at Varna, has confessed to being sent by a Sclav Committee at Odessa to murder Prince Ferdinand of Bulgaria, M. Stambouloff, and M. Nascevics at the opening of the Sobranje. As a reward for doing this murderous work, he was promised five thousand napoleons and an important post in the Russian service.
