London, October 29. The deputation of unemployed, in addition to asking the Metropolitan Board of Works to find them employment, demanded of that body the immediate erection of artisans dwellings. They threatened that unless their demands were complied with they would come in thousands and compel acquiscency. The Board of Works has referred the matter to a committee.
