ARRIVAL OF THE WAIRARAPA.
The s.s. Wairarapa, from Melbourne via Southern ports, arrived this morning at 9 o'clock. She cleared Port Philip Heads at 6 a.m. on the 20th inst., passed Wilson's Fromontary at 1.30 p.m. same day, reached the Bluff at daylight on tho24th, sailed again at 6 p.m., arriving at Dunedin at 6 a.m. on-the 25th, made another start at 6.15 p.m. on the 26th, called at Lyttelton 27th, Wellington 28th, Napier 29th, Gisborne 30th, leaving the latter port at 9 a.m. Rounded the East Cape at 3.30 p.m., and arrived as above. From Melbourne to Bluff strong westerly winds and heavy sea, smooth sea and nice fine weather all tho way up the coast. At 3.15 p m. on Sunday passed the ship Margaret Galbraith, off the East Cape. She brings the following possengers":—Mrs, Miss and Moster Woods, Mesdames Anderson, Weldon, Giacometti, Logic, Howard, Hill, Barritt, Mclnnett, Ould, Hall, Ryder, Tyrcc, French, Clarke, Misses Cunningham, Giacometti, Pelichet, Johnson, Messrs Connelly,- Mathison, Howard, Davidson,. M. Murray, Hall, Hood, Lcnnard, Lewis, Ryder, Tyrce, Rev. Hill, Major Barritt, 3.A., Godber, Sutherland,
Hay man, French, Clarke, Prebble, Reynolds, Veale, Dickson, Roberts, Sandfoi'd, Urquhart, Taylor, Sheppard, Holmes, and 41 in steerage. Ex Coptic from London : Mr Coward, Mr Waid, Clarence Rush, George, Alice, Arthur, and Annie Harris, Win, Bettor, W. J. Harris, Crawford, Agnes, Walter, and Esther Mawhinney, Mr, Mrs, and Miss Watson.
