AYOUB KHAN'S PLOT.

London, September 25. It is reported that Ayoub Khan, the pretender to the Afghan throne, who lately escaped and is now in that country, has appealed to the Emir of Bokhara, asking that ruler to assist him in making an attack on Cabul.
