Fraeer, J.P.'g. Dbcnkekkess. — Two persons wore punished for this offancs. Lakceny ok Boots.—Richard Lane was charged with the larceny of a pair of boots value 4a lid, the property of W. H. Dampier. -Prisoner, a youth, pleaded guilty.— Sergeant Pratt said the prisoner was loitering about tho shop for some time and subsequently tho shopman Miller missed the boots, which hud been hanging on a nail outside. We went in search of the prisoner, and eventually found him with the boots in bia possession. — Soutenced to fourteen days' impdeonment with hard labour.
