The Earl of Iddeslcigh, Foreign Secretary, has summoned Sir Edward Thornton, tho British Ambassador, 'from Constantinople to discuss tho situation arising out of tho crisis in Bulgaria. The groat European Powers are at present engaged in exchanging views with regard to the political situation in Bulgaria. In the House of Commons to-day Si* James Fergusson, Under-Secretary for Foreign Aflairs, in reply to a question, expressed a belief that no Power, would act in contravention to the treaty of Berlin. Constantinople, September 10. Latest intelligence from Bulgaria states that Prince Alexander has not yet started for Darmstadt as previously reported, but has summoned the National Assembly to meet to morrow, and intends to leave afterwards,
