Pakuranga Hunt Club.
The annual meeting of .the Pakuranga Hunt Club was held at the office of the A.R.C. at noon to-day. Thore was a good attendance of members, and Colonel Dawson presided. Tho following gentlemon wore olected stewards : Messrs J. M. Clark, G. Dunnett, W. Shera, W. McLaughlan, T. Willliamson, J, S. liuck'and, H. N. Smith. R. E. Isaacs, Britrham, 11. N. Henderson. P. Perry. D. B. Tonks, A. Buckland, T. O'Sullivun, Col. Dawson, Capt. Wahncsley, and Major Shophord. MrT. Morrin was appointed judge. Mr E. P. Donnelly starter, Mr Brown clerk of course, and Mr Marks clerk of scales. ThedateofannualSteeplcchaseMceting was fixed for October 23rd, and it was decided thatthe programme bo the same asl'St year with two exceptions, viz.: The open hurdle race to bo substituted for a Members' Light Weight Hurdlo Race, and in the Ladies' Bracelet it is provided .that tho minimum weight shall be 12st 71b, owner up, and in caso a horse is not ridden by tho owner thore will bo a sevenpound penalty.
