CUSTOMS REVENUE RETURNS.

Wellington this day. The Customs Revenue collected in the Oolony for April last was £108,631, as against £114,446 for the corresponding month of 1885. The amounts collected at the principal ports were:— Auckland, £25,048 ; Wellington, £21,513 ; Lyttelton and Christchurch, £17,170; Dunedin, £24,737. The beer duty collected in the Colony for April last was £4,499, while the amount for tho corresponding month of 1885 was £4,792. The amounts collected at the principal centres were : — Auckland, £1,017; Wellington, £431 ; Christchurch, 837 ; Dunedin, £950. In all cases shillings and pence are omitted.
