Auckland Agricultural and Mercantile Company.

The annual meeting of shareholders in the above Company was [held on Wednesday afternoon, March 31, in the Company's oflice, Queen-street Wharf.

The Btatement of accounts was as follows :—

Liabilities.—Uncalled and unallotted capital, £77.090; paid-up capital, including goodwill. £22,810; amount of bllla payable, £14 086 17a 8d ; hank overdraft, including oheques not presented, £7,725 17s lid; oth.r liaclUtieß, £12,786 19s 7d : total, £57,509 15s 2d. Profit and Loss account.

On tbe motion of Mr Owen, seconded by Mr McGowan, of the Thames, the reports were adopted. The three retiring directors were then re elected, which concluded the business.
