Stud Company's Meeting.
On 31st March the annual meeting of the New Zealand. Stud and Pedigree Stock Company was held at their office, Mr Thomas Morrin, Chairman of Directors, presiding. The report and balance-sheet, which were of a satisfactory nature, were unanimously adopted. On the motion of Mr. G. B. Owen, seconded by Mr Comiskey, retiring directors, Messrs T. Russell, J. Williamson, and E. Maclean were re-elected. Mr Milne was re-elected auditor. Voteß of thanks to the Chairman, Major Walmsley, and the directors closed the proceedings.
