OPERA HOUSE. -Mr TVybcrt Reeve's Benefit To-night.

" Stolen Kisses " was repeated last night, and from a large audience ovokod a repetition of tho ovation with which it was recoivod tho previous night. The season ends to-night. Although it has not been altogether a bad one, its financial results, owing to broken weather, and such extraordinary attractions as the Oriental Fair and thoVolunteeringexcitement, havenotbeenby any means eommecsurato with tho doierts of tho Company, and tho merits of the dramatic novelties which distinguish their repertoire. Mr Reove is a host in himself. Ho is ono of tho ablest and most versatile comedians who has appeared before the Auckland public within the last decade, und tho public have had tho privilege of seeing him in one or two of his strongest imporsonationp. Mi s Chippendalo is unrivalled in her special line in this hemisphere, aud Miss Alice Deorwyn is a charming and painstaking little actress who insensibly wins the affections of her patrons and instals herself in their good opinion. To-night,|as we have already Baid, the Committee bid farewell to Auckland, and as the occasion is also that of Mr Reeve's benefit, we trust to see a crowded audience gathered in his honour, and as a fitting recognition ot unquestionable talent. " Impulse "of itself should draw a full house, and thoso who miss witnessing the performance of this really lirst-claes comedy will lose a treat of rare excellence.
