An Audacious and Successful Crime.
Melbourne, this day, Further particulars regarding tho Simpson Road Bank robbery show that the affair had been skilfully planned and carried into oxecution. The robbers effected an entrance into tho building through the window, and awaited tho arrival of tho manager and assistant inside the bark. Tho attack was so sudden that resistance was impossible on tho part of tho victims, who wero gaggod, bound hand and foot, and left undor tho tabic, whore thoy wore eventually discovered. The total proceeds of tho robbery amount to £1,175.
