MOUNT ROSKILL RAILWAY BRIDGE.

A deputation from Mount Roskill and Mount Edon, introduced by Mr T. Thompson, MiH.R., and consisting of Messrs Joseph Potter (Chairman of Mount Eden Highway Board), F, G. Ewington, A. Barnes, Hirst, and Bailey, waited upon tho Hon. Minister of Justice (Mr ,T, A, Tolo) at' three o'clock yesterday afternoon, and represented to him the great necessity of a footway being provided on the Mount Roskill railway bridge. It was pointed 6ut that the w.ant of some such convenience was a sourco of complaint at present, and might lead to serious accidents, " The Hon. Mr Tole arrangod to go out with Mr Thompson this afternoon to inspect tho bridge, with a view to communicating with the Minister of Public Works in reference thereto.
