Larceny. — Alexander Angus was charged with larceny us a bailee of a horae, value £7 10s, on the 25th February last, tho proporty of Win. Tillett, of Pirirua.—Prisoner pleaded not guilty. —Sorgeant White asked for a remand for a fow days until tho arrival of tho warrant from Wel-lington.-Remanded until Monday next,
Extensive Robbery.—Robert Roeoo, alias Albert Thomas, was charged with hircony of a valuable bank deposit receipt, gold and silver watchos, cTiains, rings, and pencll-caso, value £210, on tho Bth instant, the proporty of Edward Lyons.—On the application of Sorgeant White, the case was romanded until Monday.. ■ Awful Threat. — Matthow Nixon was charged on summons with threatening to st ttlo Andrew Larlng on the 28th ult.—Mr E. Cooper for complainant. Mr Napier for dofondant.—Mr Cooper Informed the Court that as his client did not believe that Nixon had any intention of carrying his threat into execution, he was willing to look over the matter,—The chargo was withdrawn, each person paying his own costs, (is. .• •
Timothy's Grievance.—Tho case in which A. Angus was charged with ejecting Timothy Howard, tho bailiff [ram a tenement at Papakura, waa adjourned until Monday. This was all tho businoss.
