NORTH ISLAND TRUNK RAILWAY SURVEY.

New Plymouth, this day. Information has been received from Mountfort'e survey party. They havo readied Ohura, having followed up tho line from Tongaparatu, from tho point where Carkeek had stopped. They havo obtained another good routo to Te Awamutu. This is the third good route which has been found Inland, and will open up a splendid agricultural country.
