SifooTiNfl with Intent to Kill.—David Wallace was charged with feloniously shooting with intent to kill and murder Patrick Bsoughan on the 23rd inst.—Onjthe application of tho police, prisoner was remanded for medical examination.

Captain Lilewall, —Wellesky Hughes Lillewall was remanded for eight days, being under the influence of delirium tremens, — Sergeant White said he mado the application in the interest of prisoner and his family, as he had threatened to shoot thorn. Several other cases were disposed of, our report of which is crowded out.
