AN extraordinary meeting of tho shareholders of the above Company was hold at the Chamber of Commerce this afternacn, Mr L. D. jSatkan presiding, when tho resolution passed at the last special meeting, viz., " That tho capital of tho Company bo reduced from £30,000 divided into 6,000 shares of £3 each to 20,000 chares of £2 each,"
